Expect a blend of Pilates fundamentals, functional strength work, flowing sequences, and deep core activation designed to leave you feeling strong, and energized. This class combines breath, movement and music to create uplifting workout that challenges the body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications provided.
